How do I register a new account?

Click "Register", fill in your details, and submit. If email verification is enabled, a 6-digit code will be sent to your email.

I did not receive a verification code. What should I do?

Check Spam/Junk and confirm your email address is correct. Use "Resend Code" on the verification page. If it still fails, contact admin through chat.

How do I place an order correctly?

Select a service, choose currency, review price, upload payment slip, and confirm payment method before placing the order.

Can I use coupon, Express, and Super Express?

Yes. If available for your selected service/currency, you can apply coupon and enable Express/Super Express options. Total amount updates automatically.

How can I check my order status?

Open "Order History". Guests must enter the same phone and email used during checkout. Logged-in users can view matched orders directly.

When can I upload additional documents?

You can upload more files only when admin enables "Allow Uploads" for your order. The upload section will appear in your order card.

How do I report a problem after completion?

For completed orders, use "Report Issue" in Order History. Your order will move to Complaint Case and admin will be notified.
