How do I register a new account?

I did not receive a verification code. What should I do?

Please check your Spam or Junk folder and ensure your email address is correct. You can use the "Resend Code" option on the verification page or contact our support team for manual verification.

Why does it ask for verification every time I log in?

This happens because your account has not been fully activated yet. Please enter the verification code sent to your email to complete the activation process.

How can I check my order status?

Go to the "Order History" tab and enter the phone number and email used for the order, or simply log in to your account to view your complete history.
